is your hate for a player > your love of your team?

I'm the exact opposite. If the Rockets ain't in it, then the East better win it. We only see them twice a year so it don't hurt as much as the defending champs rubbing it in our face 4 times a year, esp. Dallas, Utah or LA.

I'd rather have my team to have the most number chances to beat the defending champs in a season

Yeah, I could honestly care less about this whole state support garbage. If the Mavs had played any other team in these NBA Finals, I would have gone for the other team.

The only reason I went for the Mavs over the Heat is because I just can't support a team that tried to take the easy way out of getting a championship. I want the Heat to be forced to work for it, which they will have to now.

True, but the Rockets haven't been competitive lately so these "extra chances" have all been losses to the LA, Dallas or San Antonio. Surprisingly they've done well against Boston.

losing to them has nothing to do with them being defending champs anyway.. but beating last year's defending champs is a big deal.. so I'd rather have as many tries as I can get..

    No.

Why would anyone want someone whos more mentally weak than Tmac? Lebron needs a psychologist.

I made a similar comment and got a U mad? in my rep. Trollin at its finest.

Some of these kids were sucking on a bottle when we won rings.

Pardon me if I couldn't care less about Dallas winning a ring. These so-called Rockets fans are acting like we won something.

i remember how much everyone hated barkley before that trade. esp. after he pushed hakeem to the ground after dream dunked on him (granted by that point we had already won, and Dream was kinda rubbing it in).

would anyone be happy with a trade bringing in someone who could make us contenders for years to come? anyone who answers 'no' is not thinking.

i would accept Stockton and Hornacek if they brought us more rings. Karl Malone is where i draw the line.

At least then there would be a chance to exceed expectations. Also, the Rockets already had Pippen once, and it didn't work out. What would be different this time?

To say no is to be a fan, to say yes is to understand fandom. It really is all just tribalistic mancow feces.

Seriously, screw Brabron though. What an entitled spoiled brat. Bosh is pretty bad too. I guess we dodged a bullet on that one.

Hold on I have to think about this...

This is an original question which has never been brought up before, so it caught me by surprise.

offcourse....hate on a player as much as you want...but when you are considering the best player (or at least top 3) in the league...you take him no matter what it costs you.
