Have those idiots in the high rise been tossing stuff on Hans' Bier Haus lately? I'm at the Big Easy all the time and I've seen it in the past. Pricks!

 

I haven't been in a couple of months, but the 3 or 4 times I went this year it was fine. I used to joke that they could peg us with something fierce from way up there.

 

i used to hang at hans' on a regular basis but never witnessed any of the jackassery from next door... this was 3-4 years ago though. it's actually on the market right now for a low $200k.

 

Do vodka shot then go to Target and shop for clearance video games
Come to Kemah and hit the small bars and avoid the boardwalk
Go to some cool shows at one of the many venues
Take a tour at st arnolds brewery
Grab a burger at the Hubcap grill

 

buy gas at lower rates than other cities

and

eat a burger to improve your immune system

Almost everything you'd want to do in LA or New York, but cheaper and less crowded with a shorter drive.

Just moved back down here myself, if anyone can suggest a list of good theatres on the westside I'd like to know.
