    Yeah, let's not incapacitate a dangerous criminal who steals a cop car, goes on a high speed chase and involves an innocent person in a car accident.

    That pig should've just let the homeboy go after he stole his ride ride.

    That guy could have killed someone driving like that. Hope the other driver is ok. Only good way for one of these chases is for the suspect to crash into a tree or something.

    I hope he's got a messed up leg now....or can never run again...that way the cops can grab him next time he decides to act like a fool.
