What he said is true. 2morrow he's still going to be Lebron James and 2morrow I'm still gonna be me. But he just insulted a lot of people saying that. Plenty of people are happy with their lives so he can stop pretending that everyone that's not Lebron is just jealous of him. There are several cases any ways of rich and famous people having problems of their own too. Deflecting it to others is just lame.
That statement goes for Rich people That statement goes for poor people That statement goes for NBA Analysis That statement goes for NBA players When you are asked questions on the spot and you can't really sit there and think you may say things like that. What he said isn't even bad. Some of you act like he flat out said people who are less fortunate than me have to go back to being less fortunate. He just said whoever wants him to fail has to live the same life they normally do the next morning.
You know that's not what he meant though, otherwise there is literally no point in saying that. Dude basically just said "Yall gotta still work 9-5s and I still get to be Lebron." He's not addressing NBA analyst, or Dirk, or Cuban in that. He goes on to say something similar to 'Let them be happy for a few more days...' you think he's talking about Dirk or other rich people when he says it like that?
I can't say flatout what he meant but that's how I took it. As for the happy comment I took it as happy about him losing. Probably a poor choice of words but oh well.
Most are. Mcgrady would flat out ignore you. Robert Horry straight up ignored me when I saw him at Nox one night and he's the only athlete I wanted to take a picture with. I've seen plenty..most "stars" are d-bags. The ones making less money are more down to earth.
I know, but that's not the attitude they should have. I know some world famous football (soccer) players personally, and they are nothing like that. And neither is Dirk.
Perhaps, what he said just rubbed me the wrong way. Especially how he pauses before saying it, kinda like he knew he had to be careful with his words but then decided to say it again.
I hate how they have to interview the losers. If I just lost my chance at the championship for the season, I would be in a bad state of emotions. I didn't watch what questions were thrown their way, but if was questions like "How do you feel about the result of this series" or stupid obvious questions like that, then shame on the media. Instead of those questions, I would be asking Wade / James how to do better next season, or what do you need to add to this team to have a better chance.
Bosh didn't get enough shots tonight. He was ready to go tonight.. Wade and Lebron..not so much Bosh gets clowned a lot but the guy has desire to win. Kobe has cried a few times although he got made fun of for it.
Still a loser. <iframe width="560" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/2--uG4QMlA0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Wade was injured and tired. Plus, Wade got in some effing amazing plays. God, some of the stuff I saw from him I didn't know you could do with a basketball in hand. Don't know what happened with Bronny...
