Same can be said for Jordan before Jackson got there. But I do agree with you. Spoelstra got outcoached but: 1. The guy is in his, what, 2nd or 3rd year of coaching ANY kind of basketball, much less an NBA Finals team? 2. He has 3 All-Stars to manage and **** role players to work with I'll agree with t_mac1 that Spoelstra was too late on making changes in regards to Z and Bibby's inclusion in the postseason but I think he should get another crack at it.
I think they need to get rid of Bosh. He clearly is not on the same level as LeBron and Wade. Wade recruited two losers smh...

Semi finals, is a lot different to the Finals. Lebron made it to the finals then played bad, at least he didn't choke all the playoffs.
Oh definitely. When people groom you, give you these unbelievable nicknames, and throw millions of dollars at you, you eventually buy into the hype. LeBron really believes he is his 2k12 counterpart. You need a coach that can adjust, that can manage your minutes, and above all, that can take the reins and put egos aside. If Riley doesn't coach this team, I don't see change coming anytime soon. The thing that really plagued me about Spolstra is that he got hit with Zone defense and couldn't shake it. You have two of the best Zone busters in Dwade and Bron and it still couldn't be done. WTF?
Point #1: You can indeed fire a coach who has made it to the Finals. Only because it is the Heat you are coaching. Basketball knowledge says the Heat were "suppose" to win. Spoelstra simply got outcoached. He lately made changes to his starting lineup only after he saw Carlisle do it. Like Mike Brown, Spoelstra got his team to the Finals based on talent level. And talent can only get you so far in the Finals as seen just now. Which leads me to... Point #2: Adelman would be a great coach for multiiple reasons. One - he is a great coach of not only basketball but people/egos. Two - his motion offense would be ridiculous in the hands of the Big Three. Lebron or Wade doing back cuts and getting buckets based off of structure will free them up and the end of games to go one on one not being dog tired.
A RA offense with the Heat would be beautiful to watch. Both Wade and Lebron are arguably the best cutters in the league. and Bosh can pop out and shoot and pass in the high post. All they need are some three point shooters which they already have.
Sorry... but he was pretty bad. He had 2 of the 5 best players in the NBA, and 3 of the top 20. He "made it to the Finals", and then lost to a team that they had no business losing to.
Here is an idea. Pat Riley asks Phil Jackson to come out of retirement and coach the big 3. BTW, I voted no.
spo runs a terrible offense of basic pick and rolls and iso, not to mention his spacing is horrible the thing with phil jackson is his offense promotes ball movement and movement without the ball. he is a great defensive coach but his offensive is too overly reliant on points off turnovers, 1-on-1 hero ball, and the play making ability of lebron and wade. i doubt he gets fired but they need to look into an offensive consultant who can implement an actual fluid offensive system.
