For all the people who still want to claim Lebron is a "Pippen," just answer this question: is there any way in hell a "Pippen chokes" thread would have reached 39 pages? He's had a very disappointing (to put it mildly) Finals, but the guy is getting so much attention because we all know that he's so much better than this. I, for one, want to see him come out and play a great Game 6 (and Game 7, if it goes that far). I'm tired of seeing great players come up short in big moments (T-Mac, Vince Carter, etc.). I want to see another player do for his legacy what Dirk has done in these playoffs.
hahaha my friend pointed that out, but I didn't notice it. Something seemed weird about the sequence, but it happened to fast for me to realize what happened. I thought Lebron humped the air when I saw it.
Scottie Pippen wasn't calling himself "King ____." Right now, LeBron looks like Ron Mercer more than Scottie Pippen.
The fact that we all saw lebron send boston and chicago home just makes it worse. I seems like he doesnt care about this series or that he is worried about something else.
LOL. Thanks for finding this. I noticed this in the game, but forgot about it. That is some bizarre humpty dance that ref is doing!
I am rooting for Dirk to keep playing great. I'd just be happier to see the stars on both sides play up to their potential in this series, regardless of who wins. I think that's the only thing that's missing so far from an otherwise great series. Of course, if Wade and Lebron were simultaneously playing at their best in this series, the games probably wouldn't have been as close.
Funny quote from ESPN Stanley Cup Game 5 Highlights: "Lebron should play hockey. They don't have a 4th." http://scores.espn.go.com/nhl/recap?gameId=310610022
At least Wade stayed on the court thinking players from the Mavs. Of course LeBron walks off, classless. Showed his true colors once again and why it's so difficult to root for him.
