Disagree. Early in his career, Dirk was definitely soft. But he toughened up, lead his team to the Finals in 2006 and took them to the promised land this year.

+1 on that. Dirk deserves it. You have to respect him as a player after this series.

They're going to burn out Wade and Lebron with that formula, and now the salary cap will get smaller.

At least he got to the Finals, he's 26, will have plenty more years to change it.

That's weird they're doing the trophy presentations on the Miami court. I thought when the team wins on the road they do it in the locker room.

This season is a failure by their own standards. The moment Lebron announced he was going to South Beach the expectation was they were taking this. They were talking about dynasty before they even practiced.

the good thing about this series: lebron was exposed. he still has so many weaknesses in his game that hopefully this will motivate him more than ever to work harder at his game and be even more dominant.

and miami will own the east for years to come so they will win their 3-4 rings when it's all said and done.

but props for seeing a team coming out of nowhere to win this. nobody had the mavs winning it all in the pre-season

Wow look at all the Dallas fans in F'n Miami.

The Rockets-Mavs games next year at Toyota Center are going to be terrible. :(
