    A coach getting this team to the finals on there first year together?

    i wouldnt blame the coach, he turned them around from a whiny team to a team that was playing possessed all the way until the NBA Finals. I would put the blame more on Lebron and to a lesser extent Wade for their shrinkage in the Finals.

    He sucks. His offensive schemes are terrible. His lineup adjustments are nonsensical. Defense is good, up until someone figures out a way to beat it and Spoelstra is left clueless.

    Dude is young and inexperienced. Get Adelman and hire a good defensive assistant coach. That's the way to go.

    i doubt it. outside of the superfriends they dont have much help. they need a center and a bench.
