    Now they're so confident that law enforcement can't shoot them, not only when they run, but even when they assault police. So they know they're not going to get shot, might as well try to fight back & get away.

    Raise the stakes from taser, to shooting them a little in the face when they try to fight, & cut down on these shenanigans.

    I couldn't tell if the truck had its blinker on or not. If not- broken legs, couldn't breathe = getting PAID.
