I would think about it because we're not too happy with the place we got into ATM.

But we have pets, and the price is about $150 more than we're paying now for 1400 sq ft.

    Looks nice though.

It's a pretty sweet place... what ever happened to that sweet couch and coffee table you had?

whats the estimate you'd say monthly electricity bill would be?

I'm just curious, not really looking, but maybe down the line if its available, I'd be interested.

During the summer of course the price goes up since it's a two story condo and needs to be cool. I know when I had the old ancient non efficient A/C unit I think the most I paid was about 85 bucks. The new A/C unit I have in there is a low energy one as well as it's bigger so cools the place down faster. The rest of the time when it's a bit cooler the bills are pretty darn cheap.

Not bad at all. I'm in no rush to get a place, but I'll definitely keep your place in mind if the time comes and its available. Hopefully you'll get someone to rent it out soon. Good luck dude!

Location is perfect. Don't know what I'd do with 1225 sq ft. How much is the deposit?

Damn. Well out of my price range, but I don't think you'll have any real difficulties getting a nice place like that rented out.

If it is unused, hook a fellow CF up. I will bring chicks there.
Also, I would/would not grow mar1juana in nooks and crannies.
