Dirk sticks his tongue out every time he drives. Kidd kisses his dirty fingers before shooting free throws.

You can argue all you want that Miami is super talented, Lebron is/will be the most dominant player, or Miami will win 5-6 rings.

but please stop trying to argue that they aren't arrogant douchebags. every time Wade n LBJ open their mouths they'll prove you wrong.

I think wade is right. the day before the incident, Wade signed an affidavit saying that he had no intentions of making fun of dirk and gave a copy to a relative.

Wade has become a jerk, James is an arrogant sore loser, and Bosh always looked for the smart kids group to join when he had to do a group science project. but I find myself not being able to cheer for Dallas. So go Heat. Actually it's more no Dallas

Lets start off with the fact that it is the city of Dallas. There is already a natural rivarly there, nothing more needs to be said.

Maverick fans. These douches are up there with Lakers and Jazz fan. Nothing but pompus and obnoxious fans. Can you imagine the bull**** we have to deal with if the Mavs win? Oh the horror....

And why should we let Dallas off the hook from that playoff series? Did we forgive and forget when Utah pulled that dirty shot clock delay or the Malone bear hug on Barkley? Nope. Same goes for Dallas. Those 2005 Rockets were a special team. Dallas players and owners whined so much that they cracked down on Yao. And JVG's 100k rant didn't go over too well with those refs of the series either. Should I even mention the douchebaggery of Dallas during our regular season meetings? Boy, how people love to forget. For one example, with a few secs left and the game more than over, JET, instead of dribbling out the clock, passes to a streaking Jerry Stackhouse who then proceeds to dunk the ball as the clock expires in one of the most classless moves at the end of a basketball game. And that is just ONE example. I won't even mention the countless douchbaggery from Jason Terry or Dirk the cry baby.

And last but not least, we actually have history with the Mavs, we have no history whatsoever, good or bad, with the Heat. We're in the same division and we play them 4 times a year. So honestly, as Rockets fans, we have more reason to go against the Mavs, than we do against the Heat.

With all that said, nobody is wrong for cheering for anyone. To think you're some kind of a bigger man because you no longer hold a grudge against the Mavs is ridiculous. People that act like Lebron and Wade raped their mothers makes them look better and you, much much worse.

 

Why?

 

Wade and Bron are buttholes for this incident, but it's funny that the morality police think they are the scum of the Earth but seem to have no issues with Kidd the wifebeater or Stevenson the (stat) rapist. Let's have some perspective people.

I don't see anyone calling Kidd or Stevenson a douche or any other type of names. Do you? Last time I checked, beating on a woman is worse than anything Wade or LeBron have done on and off the court.

Again I ask, where is the perspective?

 

Do some research, plenty of ppl on the BBS have called both of them far worse then douche. This thread is about Dirk/Wade/Bron, start a thread about Kidd beating his wife, if you want ppl's opinion of him.

 

Have you heard of a concept called "news?" Recent events usually make up most news. As in, I don't continually post that Nixon should have obeyed the letter of the law, but that doesn't mean I'm a big fan of his.

 

if jkidd's beating his wife would generate 6+ pages of posts/interests in a span of a day, i'm sure he would. but it wouldn't.

a thread of jason terry tattooing the trophy before the season started. it has had a total of 2 pages of posts after weeks. and ESPN/news outlets didn't even make a big deal out of it, if any.

if lebron did the same thing, now imagine the scenarios.

The opposite is true. Everyone has ****ed LeBron's mother (and girlfriend).

 

In fairness, Dirk also has a history of obnoxious behavior.

 

I'm sure they were joking around but I don't think the other person at the other end of the joke took it that way. These Heat players keep on talking and they keep making themselves look bad. They sound like pricks, it seems only Chris Bosh has learn't to stay quiet. He knows people are out to get them at every slip up. These other two clowns don't seem to get that...
