Does anybody know who the guy sitting next to Morey is?

Anyway, there's also a video of the Motiejunas workout with 'commentary' from Morey as well as Jonathan Givony (DX) and Masai Ujiri (Nuggets GM):

    1.

I'm sure Morey is joking, but hmmmm....

    2. The opening discussion, I think, was between Morey and Mike Zarren from the Celtics and about draft picks each team owns. Morey talks about having 6 picks-- I think he means being projected to have 6 first rounders and/or high 2nd rounders over the next few years (they got 2 first rounder this year + 1 high 2nd, (likely) the Knicks pick next year, and their own + Memphis pick the year after. Celtics have some extra picks, too, in future years, but just one this year.

    3. Really nothing earth shattering, but at least it seems Morey talks to Givony and the Rockets front office might be one of the "anonymous sources" should any rumors about them gets posted on draftexpress.

Biyombo's offensive skills make Chuck Hayes look like MJ.

Good thing we have plenty of offense elsewhere.

Does anyone else feel that this quote come from Morey, it does sounds like something he would say... and we know that Jonathan was talking to Morey yesterday during the workouts.

Agreed. Morey was on the video talking about how the "6-foot touch shots" Byiombo took to start the workout were difficult shots even for people with touch.

What's Morey doing watching these players live? He needs to quite butting in to the basketball evaluation stuff and leave that to the scouts and coaches. Who does he think he is, some kind of expert?

yes:rolleyes: it show how realistic the mind and the body of the player can be without any other players around. i haven't see the defensive part of david andersen 2.0, if he can add thoughtfulness to the low post and movement it's good draft pick.

the two videos are great
