Lebron is the most consistently breathtaking player in the league.

I don't care if Lebron plays well in the last 2 games.

The fact of the matter is, Dallas left Lebron open to shoot because they know he would miss.

I'm sorry but I don't recall the last time an all-time great was left open to shoot in the finals.

A lose-lose situation for Lebron right now, even if the Heat win the championship, the finals MVP trophy is going to wade.

can you get off his nuts for once?

he scored 19 on 8-19 shooting. and considering his fg made from offensive reboundings, he made like 5-6 shots.

and his assists. he handles the ball the entire time! how can you not get 10 assists when your team shoots 60% at one point. oh obviously he lowered that percentage down.

It looked like a bad call to me. Chandler's foot was on the line and it's not like LeBron leaned his shoulder into him (where refs can make an exception).

The restricted zone doesn't apply if you land after receiving the ball inside the key.

Lebron is NOT an all-time great like people were starting to anoint him. He definitely has the talent to be but at certain times lacks important intangibles like mental toughness and the will to refuse to let his team lose. Broke down Wade was out there trying to pull a Willis Reed but he just can't do it alone. I give Mavs credit. They are taking advantage and doing what they need to do and are up in the series because of it. But this is a choke job by Heat, especially Lebron.

That's only lose-lose if you are a LeBron-only fan. I'm sure LeBron would be perfectly happy to get a title first, worry about Finals MVPs later.

Foot was on the extension of the semi-circle line, which wasn't actually drawn in.

Lebron caught the ball in mid air, his first step landing was inside the key, hence the restricted zone doesn't apply.

Lebron was not in the key when he received the ball. He had to take two big steps just to get to Chandler.

Ah, I wasn't aware of that rule. At any rate, it looked kind of borderline but it's not what decided the game anyway. Dallas is just fantastic at closing out games.

I'm not sure why LeBron is doing so badly.

It may have already been referenced to (and in game by Van Gundy), but this Heat team is a LOT better than the Cavs team that James carried to the Finals against the Spurs, a year ago.

And James certainly hasn't lost skill. It makes me wonder if there is something more at work here.

Well I picked Miami in 6, wrong.
Dirk has great post game posture.
He seems like a really nice guy, fantastic basketball player/been really clutch, but I just can't find it in me to hope for Dallas.

    Yeah you are right.

Except, he droppde 17/10/10, not 19.

Let me add more to that. He dropped 17 points on 19 shots, it's your favorite term, inefficiency!

i did say he had a pathetic game. what's the point you are trying to argue here?

i said the past 2 games have been the worst of his career.

god sometimes it's worthless responding to your posts.

If Dallas does lose this, I would actually feel sorry for them because it's going to add to their undeserved legacy as being a team of chokers, when, in fact, they are probably about 50/50 right now and they have clearly been the clutch team so far (as Miami has had the lead in the 4th in all five games).

I dont know if you forgot already but LeBron led Miami past Chicago. There would be no conversation about Miami and Finals without LeBron. The hate on the guy is ridiculous yet if was on the Rockets everyone would suck his you know what.
