Shoulder injuries do scare you with pitchers, but he hasn't needed surgery on it. This isn't a torn labrum.
No, but his stuff is not nearly the same... I may have taken him, I dont know, he is a very high reward guy, but a big risk... when kids at that age start to have their stuff go down, it is a huge red flag. Had his stuff stayed the same he is gone in the top 2 of this draft.
