wade closes one game, and he's the closer. it's funny they forgot the 5-6 games lebron closed in teh first 3 rounds. but it's lebron. they want to give wade all the credit.

wade deserves credit for the finals so far though. he's been awesome.

Game 5 of the Chicago series, Wade was the main reason they came back. He also sparked a huge comeback in the Celtics series.

He has been carrying this team through the first 3 games of this series.

This isn't a new development. The same thing was going on in the 76ers, Celtics, and Bulls threads.

LeBron carried this team all year and through the first three rounds. Now all of the sudden Wade is the "Alpha Dog"

    yeah right

Many posters here have excused them just to rally against the Heat. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. It just so happens I like Wade as well. I will never forgive Dallas, and I will never forget the Dirk of before that choked 100% of the time and was soft as tissue paper.

JVG hasn't. He still complains about Dirk's flailing arms drawing foul calls...

Wade is crazy good. Should have teamed up with Rose in Chicago. Better fit than with Bosh + LeBron.

At least Derrick isn't shy; neither is Wade. LeBron has sunk in these finals... Bosh is just an idiot, or a baby, or a softie. Maybe all of the above.

Lebron has been to the playoffs. Lebron has been to the finals. Lebron wanted to get to the finals and win it. A lot of the people complaining about him teaming up with Wade said Wade had already proved he could carry a team in the finals so Lebron was taking the easy way out. Now here we are in the finals and Wade is the MVP again. The Barkleys Malones Stocktons Ewings etc all got to the finals and some multiple times. What you do in the finals is what defines your greatness not what you do in rounds 1-3. LBJ needs to step up because if Wade does this for the next 2 wins a lot of his doubters are going to get validation to their comments.

Bosh's inconsistency and turnover-proneness easily cancel out whatever "big shots" he has hit throughout the postseason. Well... at least he hits them. Better than nothing I suppose.

As much as I'm rooting for the Mavs, Heat clearly deserved this one. Things were going much better for the Mavs in terms of defense and officiating, but they still weren't able to grab this game by the neck.

Wade was exceptional, I really don't understand why people keep arguing about whose team the Heat is, when it's clear that Wade and Lebron are there to lift each other when one can't do squat. Heck even Bosh was a lot of help in the final minutes.

And so it all goes back to Miami now, If Dallas wants to win it all they need to win the next 3. I don't see them taking Game 7, though it could happen, it would still be very much to the advantage of Miami.

Because he's a mental midget... and certainly doesn't live up to "big 3" status.

He can't carry the Heat... whereas the other two can. It took the possesion where he failed to shoot the ball around 2 minutes left (and got reprimanded) for him to shoot without hesitation for the fame winner.
