This thread has been trolled so hard by actual trolls from other boards. Why can't people just let others post their opinion without resorting to personal insults? And why do some "fans" go on about how "haters are hiding" when they themselves disappear after a loss. Ridiculous
Looks like it might come down to game 3. Heard this on Disney Sports -- game 3 winners always win the Finals since the format changed to 2-3-2. That's 11-0.
Are all the insults and cursing really necessary? When did the board transform into that? Back to basketball, looks like Haywood is a game time decision. Anyone think it's a big impact if he can't play? http://m.miamiherald.com/mh/db_43000/contentdetail.htm?contentguid=5yzMYn5y&src=cat
I don't think it's a big loss unless Chandler gets in early foul trouble. He hasn't really done much in the first two games and he's not that necessary against a team with no interior post presence. But if Chandler does get into foul trouble, I'd still rather have him coming off the bench than Brian Cardinal.
ITA! The proliferation of "haters" and "nuthuggers" stupidly trolling, baiting and insulting one another in the Dish is reaching the espn boards level of idiocy. IF you hate Lebron and the Heat to the point where u just cant stop trolling, do so on a Heat or ESPN board, and likewise if you are so enamored with Lebron that u cant stop trolling, deriding his "haters" do so somewhere else. Maybe its just me, but posters calling each other "nutriders" or "haters" who only show up to troll on either side of the argument are really ANNOYING (just as the yof/yoh or tof/toh were). If you love such discussions, guess what, the espn boards are just for you. Regarding Haywood, I have to slightly disagree with Steve_Francis_rules abit... Yes Haywood hasnt done much statistically in the first two games, but his presence in the middle when Chandler is out, is still an essentail part of the MAvs defense. Haywood may not put up a lot of stats, but in his 20 minutes on the court, he has a big impact as the only real shot blocking presence and clogs the paint just due to his size. As many stated in earlier posts, the Mavs defense against the Heat is to pack the paint, deter drives and dare the Heat to shoot from the outside. A strategy thats been effective against the heat all season, due to their bad spacing, inconsistent shooting and lack of knockdown spot up shooters in their lineups (ie. Miller's injury). Without Haywood to replace Chandler the Mavs will be much more vulnerable to drives and finishes in the paint. This normally wouldnt be a huge loss, but if Chandler is in foul trouble it very well could be.
Guess you haven't been in the Miami Season thread at all? RealGM and Lakersground are more balanced then this board in terms of Hate. Some of the big lakersground posters are even calling out the haters, as it's got so bad, hopefully it will happen here sooner or later. Back to the game as well, Miami will win by about 10, as Lebron is due to go off, and I expect a huge 4th quarter.
Heres a quote from Eric Spo, that Morey lovers might hate. Erik Spoelstra's pregame rebuke to the numbers crunchers, "The game is not played in a statistical world." Also Brendan Haywood is out for Mavericks
Do you think it pleases me to post about these guys? NO! The way these guys post boils my blood. They taunt people like crazy and their reason for being on this board is pretty much to annoy and call out other people. If that's their reason to post all the time, it can drive anyone crazy.
Just like how you tell everyone what to do about how people should post when the Heat lose? Don't be a hypocrite.
