    Seriously? Aren't Adu age jokes out of vogue by now? Also saying he sucks-by what standards? US, MLS, Portuguese league, Turkish League, age-wise?

    He's back with DC United and scoring. He was injured recently which is the only reason I can fathom that Bradley didn't bring him in.

    No seriously, it's Nike or Gatorade or whoever it is fault. It was the hype machine. Thought we were going to see some big bad dude. Instead, we get a 37 year old elf.



    He's only 21... So maybe he can still develop.

    They have 2 defensive mids in the middle. There is no one on the pitch that can hold the ball for the US and distribute. Another Bob Bradley disaster waiting to happen. No organization. No depth because of horrible player decisions. Only saving grace so far is that they actually haven't let in a goal in the first couple of minutes.

    EDIT: Well, they managed to make it to 28 minutes before letting in what will likely be the 1st of many for Spain.

    I'm listening to it on the radio on 1180 and all they're talking about is how the U. S. midfield can't keep the ball. Who is missing in the middle?:confused:

    Donovan is out ill. Dempsey and Bradley have been held out so far. No one to hold the ball at all.
