Hmm. Sarah Palin opens her mouth, says something unscripted/unrehearsed and sounds like a complete moron. Par for the course.

Torn between half truth and victimisation Fighting back with counter attacks. It's when that rough god goes riding
Typical for SamF not to post an accurate transcript... Spoiler He who warned, the [uhhhhhh] the British that they weren't gonna be taking away our arms [derrrrrrr] by ringing those bells and [duhhhhhhhh] by making sure that as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells [errrrrrrrr] that we were gonna be secure and we were gonna be free [derrrrrp derrrrrp] and we were gonna be armed.
Exactly. And is such an embarrassment to anyone who's voiced support for her. Every time she speaks. They are further shamed in their support for one of the biggest idiots we've had in politics. It's amazing what she doesn't know, and it's amazing that some people will to still support somebody so clueless. It's also humorous when someone has nothing to offer in defense of Palin but just tries to change the subject by posting a video of an American flubbing British protocol as if it's even close to being as egregious of an error. But it shouldn't be surprising. She ran for VP and somehow after all that thought that there was a Department of Law connected to the President. It's bad enough to not know these things, then after being mocked and humiliated for not knowing them and having every opportunity to learn things like the structure of our government and 3rd grade knowledge of American history she doesn't take advantage of the opportunity, she's really an idiot, and a lazy idiot at that, which is all the more shameful for those that support her.
In the end, it doesn't even matter. (both ways) NOW... I was gonna clean my room until I got high I gonna get up and find the broom but then I got high my room is still messed up and I know why - cause I got high
That looked like something out of The Office. You know what would be a great show? The Candidate. Same style as the office, except instead of a crazy boss, you have a crazy political candidate.
I wonder at what point in her mind does she just go "please stop talking... please stop talking.. doh!" She simply could've just said, "We should look to the example of what Paul Revere did and his patriotism." That's it!, even if she doesn't know the details. (unless she really thinks that's the way history went down, which I doubt). Sometimes I feel embarrassed for her and think "stop talking". But, I really doubt she's in it for any political relevance. Ever since she's quit being governor, she's made a financial killing, which is OK. Every tour, every TV appearance, book signings since then involves $$$. There's no campaign cost, no charity donations or no real cause, just business. And really, I have no problem with that.
Continued... What I'm trying to say is that I respect Sarah Palin as a business woman. I would never vote for her or donate any money. I would be scared to death if she won the presidency. However, I admire people that can use their charisma (and in her case, looks also) to make a living. Her occupation, is just being her. Politics is secondary. In society, with today's mass media, charisma and looks trumps equally intelligence and hard work in the money making department.
All I can say is that if her "looks" are a big draw for her supporters, the bar has been set very, very low.
