iPad and Android Problem - any ideas?

    I have seen this now a couple of times and it is on both the iPad and on Android devices so it's not just Steve Jobs who is screwing me :) . I am in a hotel and connected to the wireless. I have to enter in my assigned username and password. This part is no problem. However, in the middle of the page there is a user agreement that has to be read (i.e. scrolled through) and check marked. On both devices there is no scroll bar, so there is no way to finish the registration? Has anyone seen this before? Any thoughts? I assume I could try a different type of browser, but, I need to be connected to the Internet in order to download one. I am in Brazil and neither my iPad nor Android device is GSM capable.

    now that you're connected, no illegal downloads of apps robbing developers on your ipad or android mobile device. ok?
