Terrence Williams PR Department (AKA STOP TWEETING)

Im not sure it was the 1# option, but it played its part in the decision to not stay with Rick. We all knew that Morey and Twill had a relationship off of the court. Basically telling Williams to just wait the season out and next year you will get your chance. From what we know of, Mchale has spoken with KLow, Twill, and Kmart. Im Sure the that is because they will have a biggest role next season.

Morey thinks that Williams can be a mini-Dwade, which he might be.
He has the Physical capabilities. The court vision, and the body of a potentially great defender. Dwade didnt really have a shot when he first came into the league. And if I was Twill i would be doing the same Shooting Training as Klow did last year, cause it obviously works.

I think the main reason for his departure was his closed mindedness. Rick is only comfortable in his comfort zone. Not willing to take risk or gambles. Always playing it safe. The Rockets have been trying to play it safe for the past 7 years. Its time for something new, and Adleman just isnt new.
