Things got more interesting bc Miami was on their way to a sweep or series win in 5. I still think Heat in 6 or 7.
Affirmative! Listening to FM 105.3 The Fan in Dallas and all of the guys there agree that this blatant show of disrespect pissed off the entire Maverick bench. In fact, Dirk's last layup - that won the game - was done deliberately with his injured left hand to send a message as the rap on Dirk is/was that he is too soft to be a champion.
Both Dallas & Miami have had some historic 4th quarter comebacks these playoffs. I was surprised, though, at how easy it was for Dallas to score down the stretch (Miami not scoring isn't too shocking since their offense became really one-dimensional, but then again that's the same approach they used to beat Chicago).
I would respond about how the comparison is just blatantly stupid. But given your obvious lack of understanding of NBA market and the CBA, unfortunately anything I say would not make sense to you.
Fair assessment and I agree that the Heat should still be considered the favorite even though they lost home court advantage. Still, tonight, all the glory belongs to the Mavs players. BTW, I love Dirk's expressionless face at the end of the game. It is the face of a man marked by many playoff dissapointments that knows that the task will only get harder from here on out.

Spoelstra with some mind boggling decisions. Why does James Jones not play anymore? Why was Bosh on Dirk on that last possession? Why did he bench Bibby down the stretch when he was hitting 3's? Great play down the stretch by Dirk and Terry on offense. Dallas also took their defense to another level.
I forgot to say that prior to the comeback, the best highlight of the game was Bosh doing his Raptor mating call when attempting the alley oops. Wow, that was ugly to see. Can you guys make a gif out of that one? Thanks in advance. =)
