im predicting the t-wolves will have a breakout season next season...they are gonna trade the 2nd pick for monta ellis and then the team is literally going to be better than the rockets instantly rubio ellis beasley love randolph either that, or rubio johnson beasley love kanter either way david kahn is underrated
Very surprised, he's got a buyout, there's a possible lockout next year. Things must be pretty bad over there for him to agree to this.
Some posters here have stated in earlier threads that Rubio's value in the NBA is sinking like a stone because of his poor play in Europe this season. I'm sure they'll chime in and post his stats again.
I wonder if his team agreed to a buyout because he's playing terribly as OHMSS says. His jumpshot is a set shot only. He's not quick, he's not explosive, and he lacks strength. Sure he has great vision, but for you to create for your team, the team has to fear your ability to score too.
have a feeling minny will go grab rudy fernandez to give rubio a buddy...they are quite a fit in the backcourt...whiny kids who cant wait to go back to spain cos they can't star here
Their previous 5 win totals: 32/22/24/15/17. Steadily getting where exactly? They T-Wolves have been going the wrong direction the last 2 years. Kahn's on-the-job training hasn't gone well.

I hope he does become what he's hyped up to be. I love crafty players like Ginobili, Wade, and Nash. If he is anything similar, then I will have a new favorite player.
Watched a highlight video of Ricky Rubio, saw a part where he was standing next to Kobe and Kobe only had an inch or two on Rubio. So around 6'4 or 6'5 is Rubio, excellent height for a point guard-to-be.
I, as an european, find it funny how you overrate this guy, he is nowhere near as good as you make him out to be. the only thing he does well is passing on fast breaks, that's literally the only thing he does well. I understand that he was hyped because he started playing professionaly at such a young age, but seriously, his game hasn't progressed in the slightest since then, he has already reached his peak, which is a second string distributing pg at best. I expect him to have no impact in the NBA whatsoever.
