    I saw golds gym adjustable dumbells at walmart for 50 a piece. the bowflex ones are 300+ for the set.

    No, I missed it. Unfortunately, the deal isn't going on anymore. Thanks for pointing that out though, I'll keep an eye out for future deals like that.

    both... lean but muscular.... actually i don't need eye-poppers but i would like to notice a difference when i look in the mirror
