    On a related note, does anyone have any recommendations for a good adjustable dumbbell set?

    I saw golds gym adjustable dumbells at walmart for 50 a piece. the bowflex ones are 300+ for the set.

    both... lean but muscular.... actually i don't need eye-poppers but i would like to notice a difference when i look in the mirror
