Success is not defined by rings, but atleast success in the playoffs, getting a few divisional titles and conference titles.

The ONE guy that stands high on this list for me is Michael Redd.

Such a nice, unselfish guy, who has been stuck on a sucky, mediocre team at-best and has never won anything.

I'd love it if he got picked up by a top quality veteran team who needs a solid shooter. He could be the equivalent to a Ray Allen was to the Celtics for a contending team next year.

He'd be a nice edition to the Thunder, a solid veteran to add to their squad. With Redd and Harden there will always be a solid 3 pt shooter in the game for them.

    Kyle Lowry.
    Yao Ming.
    Tracy McGrady.
Basically the entire Houston Rockets roster during the entire duration of the Mac-Yao era. Lol.

    Rockets
    -------------------------
    Shane Battier
    Luis Scola
    Yao Ming
    Charles Barkley
Tracy McGrady (he did try his best for a good part of his career, and he was immensely talented)
    Cuttino Mobley
    Rick Adelman (as a coach)
    Dikembe Mutombo
Jeff Van Gundy (as a coach)
    Ralph Sampson
    Bobby Sura

    Active and Retired Non-Rocket players
    ----------------------------

    Grant Hill

    Dominique Wilkins

    George Karl (as a coach)

    Kevin Johnson/Jason Kidd/Steve Nash

Danny Fortson (Mainly because of his gritty play, and on the way he expressed his opinions on the Iraq War)

    Shawn Marion

    Zydranus Illgauskus

    Brandon Roy

    Eddie Jones and Vlade Divac

    Chris Webber

    Aryvdas Sabonis

    Juwan Howard

Mitch Richmond (why couldn't have been one or two good teams in his prime)

Adrian Dantley (this one made me so curious, I just read two articles about why he got traded from Detroit; it seemed like he was perfect for the Pistons, I know Mark Aguirre was a good player, but he was Dantley) (1)

OT: Maybe that's what the Blazers were lacking a strong head coach.
