i'll be keeping an eye out for it. I wonder if any reporters learned their lesson after last year and their horrid predictions, like, maybe every storm isn't the end of days. But i doubt it. I do hope it's another slow season like last though. and... in before, I'm in Katy, should I evacuate?

Still in it? Hasn't started yet. Hurricane season starts June 1. Texas is usually in the clear by first week in October although hurricane season officially ends at the end of November.
na i meant more weve been getting alot of hurricanes in the gulf in recent years as opposed to mexico and east coast getting hit
Allison wasn't a typical tropical storm. It just stayed over Houston. Talking about a low level tropical storm or depression that will dump some much needed rain.
I imagine the folks that were without power for weeks after Hurrican Ike didn't have too much fun. Katrina wasn't much fun. Why would you say something like this?
Take it with a grain of salt. Very unlikely that this will develop into a hurricane but track is almost on us.
