WHAT :eek::eek::eek:. ARE YOU SMOKING SOMETHING? How are you comparing Ho Grant to Chris Bosh? Are you serious? Pippen is somewhat comparable BUT is still not better than DWade. And Ho grant was never as good as Chris Bosh. Then you bring up Rodman and Kukoc hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Wow, go seek help homie.

Rodman is going to the hall of fame and has critical part of 5 championships.
Defensive player of the year and rebounding champion.

Chris Bosh would average maybe 1-2 rebounds vs Rodman.

I agree with that, but what about Kukoc. Could he or Rodman take over the game like Dwade or even be capable of dropping 30 like Chris Bosh.

Consider the source...dude, it's Scottie Quitten. His opinion on things isn't worth 2 cents whether it is on a Rockets board or anywhere else. So keep laughing it up - anyone with a clue knows that MJ23 is the greatest ever to play. Let the Queen win one ring before we even go there.

Yes besides Jordan the Bulls were a bunch of scrubs. How did his hahahhahahahahha type of team manage to win 55 games and make it to the 2nd round without Jordan

    you're missing the point.

Chris Bosh wouldn't drop 30, because Rodman would clean up all the boards and D him up. Chris Bosh needs someone to pass him the ball or get a board for a put back.

Kukoc was a role player who was good ball handler and shooter.

    They complimented Jordan/Pippen.

I hate Pippen, but he was a great defender with the Bulls with great handles.
MJ was a great defender too.

In my opinion, no matter how many championships Lebron wins and what kinds of stats he produces from here on out, I can't see him match Jordan's status for the following reasons:

    - Jordan's career had the perfect storyline, Lebrons, well, doesn't.
    - Jordan's game had a flair and elegance to it that Lebron's doesn't. He's practically the Shaq of small forwards, there's awesome power there's nothing like Jordan's dunks that you could watch over and over again and still be amazed by the beauty of it.

Bottom line: Even if Lebron will do awesome stuff, produce stats and wins and rings, he'll probably only get to something akin to Shaq status rather than Jordan's admiration levels.

That may be the case now in Miami but as I recall, Toronto pretty much ran their offense through him.. You're judging him based on playing with two dominant ball handlers... He's more than capable of puttin up 30 points (maybe not consistently but definitely about 22-25 ppg ....

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I never said they were a bunch of scrubs. But they were GOOD role players. Not superstars like dwayne wade. And they (the jordanless bulls) did it the same way the Detroit Pistons did it when they actually won the championship. With great role players.

I don't see what's so controversial about Pippen's statement. LeBron's stats are right there with Jordan. LeBron is about as efficient of a scorer as MJ and is a slightly better passer and rebounder, and can play more positions than MJ. His defense is absolutely ridiculous -- he absolutely shut down the MVP in ECF, the supposed fastest PG in the league, and I suspect he'll have more success than anyone in slowing down Dirk. Could MVP go from effectively guarding an elite PG to effectively guarding an elite 7' PF with perhaps the best mid-range game in the league?

LeBron could easily have multiple championships at an age before MJ even won a single championship. People's opinions on this are clouded from idolizing MJ as a kid -- I understand, that's a huge bias to overcome.

*second MVP should be Jordan, not sure why I called him MVP.

And Pippen and Rodman are just as good of teammates as Wade and Bosh.
