I would think a "Top 5" highlight reel would paint a pretty decent picture of a player's athleticism, given that all 5 were dunks. Want to compare it to Blake Griffin's top 5 plays this year?

Should we draft based on the potential prospects available next year too? Or just on whatever is available this year? Apparently next year's draft is loaded with gun talls, albeit some of them haven't even played a college game yet.

Or do we roll with BPA?

Obviously, you are not interested in any serious basketball discussion.

LOL that's always your rebuttal. You claimed Vesely would be the most athletic player in the NBA. His top 5 dunks were above average at best. Blake's 2 dunks against the Knicks defecates on Vesely's highlight reel.

I was not even making an attempt to have a basketball discussion. I just wanted to refute your ridiculous claim of Vesley being a better athlete which he clearly is not. Please prove me wrong.

You can't be serious. Basing the level of a player on FIVE PLAYS. Stop trolling.

I'm not basing his basketball skills, just his athleticism. A HIGHLIGHT reel SHOULD be a good indicator of showcasing athletic prowess. I'm not even saying he's a bad athlete, just not to the level of Blake Griffin like you so claimed.

How am I trolling, when this is the section I probably post in the most? You're the troll. Any thing draft or euro related, you jump in quick to call everyone fools for lack V Span fandom.

Just for future notice, when you have a video clip titled "Vesely Top 5," it means it's his 5 most impressive plays of a certain span of time. You said he was more athletic than anyone in the NBA, yet the video shows him looking like an average NBA forward. If you look at my prior posts in this thread, you will see that I am hoping the Rockets draft Vesely because I like his potential. He is nowhere near more athletic than LeBron, D Wade, or Blake.

Here is a video titled Blake Griffin's Top 5 plays of November.

You tell me which one is more athletic.

Its easy to be athletic when you play in the NBA, the worst defensive league in the world (worse than the Uzbeki basketball association). Blake Griffin would be the 10th most athletic player in Europe, fact. If you had any clue about real basketball, and did more than follow the weak NBA, you would know this. You aren't here for a real discussion.

Chris Singleton seems like the kind of guy, DM would appreciate interviewing.

Just seems like a natural, no past problems, athletic, all work professional kind of kid our #14 pick looked last year. And to add to that, this guy destroyed guys like Jordan Hamilton and Kawhi Leonard on the physical part of the combine.

I can see this guy outplaying all the SFs in workouts, and GMs starting to question whether or not this kid might be better in the pros then KL.

With Melo, Durant and LBJ still with 5 plus years of great basketball ahead of them, we need a defensive stopper, I think this guy can do a solid job right out of the gate on those guys, and ultimately, might me the premier defender in the league, for the SF position.

Once again, this draft is weak at the top, but after the top 4 picks, hard decisions will be made, and the difference between an elite 2 way player and a bench rotation guy, is almost impossible to predict.

lol it seems OHMSS likes to hide when he gets called out and begins to look more ignorant, if it is even possible, than he makes himself out to be.

Would not be upset with this pick at all. But I have full faith in Morey drafting the right players.

Vesely isn't even in the top 50.

Doesn't mean he isn't a good player, I wonder If Daryl is interested.

Don't forget about this Blake dunk... :)

I wouldn't read too much into the "top five" title. Who knows if those are really his best five dunks? Anyone could have just found five dunks and threw them together. I think he looked to be above-average athletically though.

His real potential, IMO, is on the defensive end.

No one said he was not a good athlete though. This dude said he would be BY FAR the best athlete in the NBA, better than BLAKE GRIFFIN.

The Vesley highlight dunks were really average.
