OKC could use a little firing of Scott Brooks

Yes, see, that's the thing- if the Mavs lose to the Heat, they'll still be without a championship, and that's ultimately what you're judged on.

James Harden needs to go Vernon Maxwell in game 5.

Tyson Chandler, not-so-old-still-tricky Jason Kidd, and a fully prepared Dirk at his peak, this Dallas team is very very good, but I am not sure whether they can defend both LeBron and Wade. The thing is, Wade is nowhere near his top form, for whatever reason. It will be 50/50, and an exciting re-match.

it's hard to give dallas much credit here... okc did absolutely everything possible to lose this game. they make ONE shot, hell... ONE free throw and the take the W. it's just amazing how terrible they were.

fuuuu I turned off the game midway in the 4th thinking OKC had it in the bag.

Then I got a text alert saying the game was tied.

At least I got to watch OT but I missed out on some Dirk domination.

Imagine if the Mavs had Butler.

Probably get flamed by this but I'm kind of rooting for Dirk to win a ring. Guy is way to ****ing good not to be with one. Plus I hate the ****ing Heat

I thought OKC had the game sewn up, but then Dirk literally brought the Mavs back from the dead. Two consecutive circus shots and then a few plays later two clutch free throws to tie the game. Gotta hand it to the Germinator.

Looked to me like Westbrook never recovered from the collapse during regulation, especially his missed free throws that could've won it. He had that same look of constipated fear I've seen from McGrady when things went badly for Houston in the playoffs, and kept forcing the issue in OT. Bad time for OKC to have Westbrook lose his mojo with Harden fouled out.

    Great, great game.

As epic a collapse it was by OKC, Dirk went Optimus Prime on them and Kidd's defense was elite. Dallas deserves tons of credit for making the plays they needed against a young/inexperienced crew. They smelled blood and attacked.

They can't. Old ass Kidd and Marion. LOL. I have more faith in Bron/Wade taking over a game than Dirk. I'll also take layups over jumpers all day long. And the Heat can play their small lineup against Dallas, which is their best lineup.

Scott Brook's lack of an offense reminds me of his Eastern Conference counterpart T. Thibs.

When you can't find offense b/c they're using the guy guarding T. Sefolosha as a rover, WHY WOULDN'T YOU PUT IN DAEQUAN COOK, arguably your best shooter?! Its not like Jason Terry was going off on them and they needed Sefolosha's "amazing" defense. Come on Scott!

OR! Why don't you stop simply isolating Durant at the 3 point line. Everyone knows that's the most difficult part of the floor to attack from because the defense is just loaded behind you. Do something new...like, set a downscreen for Durant who pops up to the elbow. Westbrook passes to Durant, runs a UCLA rub cut right off of him to create a bit of space. If they double off the cut, someone is open and Durant can make an easy pass from an easy position while still having his dribble.

Screw the Heat, I'd take the Mavs winning it all over those overglorified pricks LeBron and Wade

He would give them a better chance at matching up against heat for sure.
