As soon as Harden fouled out, their offense went to ****.

    Brooks sucks.

it's amazing how durant can sometimes be so unstoppable and then just fall into these "all he can get are ridiculously forced and contested jump shots" stretches where he gets knocked around and can't drive and can't make plays.

Watching OKC's offense make me even more pissed at Adelman's departure. Dude is freaking gold in today's NBA.

what an incredible comeback/performance by the Mavs... Taking this game and going up 3-1 pretty much locks up the series for them. While I like both teams, I was rooting for OKC to even up the series. I really wanted to get 7 great games as I have little faith either team will present much of a challenge the Heat (assuming they are the other finalist).

Well who knows, perhaps OKC can still take the next two and push it to a winner take all 7th game.

To be fair Brooks is just not a very good coach. OKC needs a better coach to take the next step. Adelman could make them lethal.

Who knew James Harden would be OKC's best player this early?

The one positive of OKC blowing the game (and any chance of winning the series) this way is it will force them to address the weakness. Brooks needs an offensive coordinator as an assistant and their offense must change from basic playground to something legit and sophisticated.

SWTsig, I've seen them do this a bunch of times, just not under such a spotlight and to such an extent (giving up a 17-2 closing run).

Brooks needs some serious scrutiny. If Pop or Adelman were OKC's coach, they would be on another level.

I went to take a dump fully expecting Dallas to lose (yay!) only to come back to a tied game in OT. I wish I could have seen that choke job.

doesn't matter what okc coach does now, the series is just over. a team who swept the LAL is not going to lose 3 home games in a series... gg to OKC

The Thunder just play dumb under pressure, they go away from team ball and go one on five, and jack up early shots when way ahead, just not smart basketball.

They are just too young right now.

Brooks dropped the ball big-time. On offense, they should have put in shooters and asked Westbrooks/Maynor to drive, drive, drive after Harden fouled out. Durant kept passing the shot up or settling for long jumpers. Of course, that was because he was getting the ball stripped every time he drove.

On defense, they should have given Dirk different looks, such as doubling him at times to keep him guessing and off-balanced, instead of leaving Collison isolated on him.
