don't forget about keen fashion sense and flamboyant pomposity. so if he called the fan a fat-ass or baldy would he get fined? fat and bald ppl are born with those genes.

You know what, I want to see these NBA executives try to work while getting yelled obscenities without any sort of retaliation. I mean, they're professionals too, right? I think this is all BS.

The kum-ba-yah session during the Mavs-Thunder game over Noah's slur was a bit much, but in his defense, he was yelling at someone in the crowd that was apparently going off on him... not like Kobe, who did it to a ref (i.e. coworker/superior), which was unprovoked... so while it's not ok either way (was the fan punished?), I understand why the fines were different.

Sometimes I wonder what professional sports would be like if dress code/appearance standards and language/profanity enforcement was the same as it is in most white collar jobs.

Imagine an NBA full of Shane Battier's and Grant Hill's... would that be good for the game, good for society? or more importantly, would it be the right thing to do? and beyond that, would the owners/players ever go for that?

Noah is one of the biggest douches in the game. He always talks **** that he can't back up. Him and the Bulls will be going fishing soon enough though.
