My phone just started acting up. First, the buttons stopped working, then the phone shut off. When I try to turn it on, a screen flickers that says "downloading" then goes away. I have a LG VX8350, I've tried taking out the battery any suggestions?

If your up for an upgrade....chunk it.

You already did a hard reset. Not much to do after that. Good Luck.

If I'm not mistaken. That's a Verizon phone. That thing has been out for like 5 years. It's time for an upgrade. VZW has some good deals on "droid" branded phones right now.

If you don't want to sign a contract, I just found this on craigslist.

$100 for a mediocre android but still beats a feature phone.

I've had this phone for about four years, so it is pretty old. It's just a pain adding everybody and readjusting.

Verizon should have software at their corporate stores to make the transfer easy.

That's an old phone. Time to upgrade, Zach Morris.

So I replaced the phone and now have a Samsung Intenstity II, but now that's acting up. Everytime I go to the message menu, it brings up the options screen, I can't read any of my text messages because I can't get to my inbox! At first I thought the button was stuck, but this only happens on certain menus, so that can't be it. Also, my phone has a tendency to call the number ++0011, not sure what that's about. It's very strange since it was working just fine the other day.
