Thank you, I thought I was losing my mind. This is absolutely "first 6 seasons" type South Park at its finest.
I stopped watching about 5 to 10 minutes into it. The sequence with Ike taking out his box from the closet...that lost my attention. From reading the comments, I guess I'm just gonna have to give it another gander.
Good episode, and as said, classic south park with lots of Cartman and Randy. I still feel like they're running out of ideas. Maybe it's time to get some fresh writers in there.
Much better than the others this season. but once again, I found myself laughing a lot at the begining of the episode....only for them to go too far....reaching for the shock value....but.....they've done that so often in SP....there is no shock. I miss the days when they did shows about the town, and it's characters. Too many current events lately. The funniest part of this episode is when they were in the school and the penis length checks. After that....it dropped off.
What we really need now, is a love triangle episode between Osama, Sadaam, and Satan that somehow involves making fun of hipsters.
Last night's episode was a classic. The weird thing is South Park isn't laugh out loud funny and to me it never really was, but it's always worth a watch just to see what they'll do next. They are running out of ideas but current events, although hit or miss, are always worth an episode or two.
Didn't laugh as hard halfway through it, but it was good to hear Mitch Conner's still alive out there.
Maybe I'm all laughed out from Hangover 2, but what kind of episode was that? Unfunny, disjointed and between this and the lice episode, the worst one I've seen.
It was a very plain episode, not horrible like the 1st 2 of the season, not even as bad as last week, but definitely not good
Not really super funny, but it was totally worth it to see them eviscerate the NCAA like that. Long time coming.
