I'm not gonna lie...this job is not as easy as it looks. While I was at Michael's we went through 5 managers in a 6 month span, they don't last. Not cause they can't perform the job duties , because they get sucked into the life style and never come back. Once your in...it's incredibly hard to get out, I actually quit the business for 5 months. I considered going to the Fire Academy and joined the gym. Until I got a job offer I couldn't refuse...now I've made up my mind. I'm staying. I've lasted this long...I think I'll be ok.
Real dancers look down on strippers with hearty disdain. What do thrift store GM's think about you guys?
When me and my bud went to Hi-10 in Feb. they had the whole club upside down. Playing the wrong music, the bartender and the dj were in charge of the girls and the customer service, the G.M was in the back watching cable tv all day. We changed that, cause that's not how things are supposed to work, if you're the g.m you know every single aspect of the business except dancing on poles...ha ha. Anyway this guy didn't know how to serve a drink much less dj if his dj or bartender called in. We made him look bad, real bad...he resigned like twice and then he tried to fight us...because we know EVERYTHING, there isn't a dimension or aspect of the business me and my friend haven't looked at. We're obsessed with making it in this business...and we will have our day.
Maybe you could mix the hand sanitizer and lube together in one bottle kind of like those jars of peanut butter and jelly all in one. Hey no one jack my idea. I'm sending that ish into one of those invention searches right now.
No we left 2 weeks ago. They're going back to their old ways, I wouldn't recommend you going over there now. Waste of time.
wow, what a buzz kill. Please stay out of this thread if you are going to give that type of response to an organized gang bang.
He sounds like the kind of guy who'd say it was stupid, if he thought it was. He's not worried about losing me or these others as potential customers. And I'd think twice about calling others "wannabes"... at the end of the day, you and everyone else are on the same boat, giving opinions to someone who has more experience than we have combined times 3.
True Story: One of my buddies is a business owner, this dude is stacked with money...he even has a house in Vegas and travels across the country regularly. Anyway we took some girls back to his house in midtown last year. Waitresses. And um...well you know we got em drunk and stuff and one thing led to another...so I walk into the kitchen and his 80 lb bull dog is literally @#$@# the girl. Um...and he was watching and recording it on his phone. I was like @## #$@# are you forreal?!?!?! This man is crazy! Later on we tipped girls and called it a night. And to be honest it wasn't the last time that happened, it's a regular thing for him...he likes that stuff. I dunno I don't let it faze me.
Exactly. What's wrong with this guy, I like where the thread is going...and this guy is trying to ruin it for me. I'm trying to bite my tongue with some of you negative nancy's, I know what I'm doing blah blah blah...stay out of my thread.
I said it was stupid, and it's pretty evident to me he's just bs'ing with a bunch of wannabes. (I didn't hesitate posting that again, btw.) You tipped the girl with the dog extra I hope. She had it ruff.
Actually they both took home less than the cost of a PSP at walmart. lol. The funny thing is they were waitresses, NOT DANCERS...waitresses are not known to do "funny stuff" but these girls I guess didn't care. Lol. I dunno. Liquor #$@# them up enough not to care. He has like a full bar at his house. hehehe.
I guess customers can't make suggestions without wanting to run things, huh? We're his target customer. That doesn't mean he has to listen to us over his own experience, but if people like an idea he's never seen or heard of, then he'd be a fool not to at least think about it. I'm pretty sure he knows that. He just cant promise anything now because he can't even think about experimenting until he's settled and making money. He's gotta follow a proven start up plan to get it off the ground.
Yeah I was thinking that would remind people that their in a "dirty" place. Also wouldn't the smell of hand sanitizers be off putting?
It's beginning to dawn on me that you're taking this thread seriously. LMAO at us being the target customer, that Coupon thread must have been a big clue to him, it fits perfectly with his mentioning Treasures and Men's Club comparisons...
