The problem with Michael's was that nightshift had different standards than dayshift. Therefore there was a huge difference in quality, plus some of the ugly girls have been there for over 10 years and the owner wouldn't dare fire them. But at our new club we're gonna start new, yes I will tell you this...at first you hire whatever girls you can get...once it picks up you weed them out. It's the blueprint of running a brand new stripclub, something some of you may not understand. It takes YEARS to get to Treasures, Mens Club level, but it can be done. I'm not saying we're gonna knock them out of the competition, but we will blow all the wanna be clubs out of the water. They don't have the financial backing or management skills to compete with us.
They are not MY investors. He acquired them over his 4 years at Michael's, they're giving me g.m status...I can't really complain. Once I get my own investors then I can do what I want, but not yet. Plus, we're not stopping at just one club...we have enough investors for multiple clubs in the future.
Do you need a bouncer? I'm not that mean, but I'm a pretty big guy. If there's ever any real trouble, I'll just hide in one of strippers' vagina until the cops come.
These are all good ideas, once the club picks up and we have a steady flow of customers, we'll incorporate them.

At Michael's you got all the privacy in the world for FREE. No vip band no people watching you dance none of that. That's one of the reasons we were so successful. And we're gonna copy that.

Example: 5 guys sitting within a few steps of each other. 5 dancers. One song. Dancers dance with one guy for X amount of seconds, then rotate to next guy, and so on. Each guy pays $20 like usual, but gets to check out 5 dancers. Each girl gets $20 and dances their usual one song.
