Below average handles, horrible passing ability, doesn't attack at will. Yes, he's an awesome scorer but other then that, his defense is poor as well. Stop blaming Westbrook.
he's a superstar. very few teams have the defenders like memphis (and they have 2) to play KD like this. against 90% of the NBA, KD gets what he wants. he's a strong rebounder, good defender... he's a superstar. he's just not on that "stratosphere" that many think he is actually on: the ones lebron/wade/kobe (or used to be kobe) live on. and he might never reach that level. but i'll wait till next year to judge. he didn't have an offseason this past season since he played for team USA
Durant is Dirk. Well at least the old Dirk. When the times get tough he disappears and shoots jumpers.
No clue why people even mention him as the best player in the NBA. I didn't get it at the beginning of the season and I still don't get it.
Westbrook is trying hard, that's what I like about him. Westbrook is the most valuable player on that team, even though he can make some horrible mistakes.
Nah more like Tmac & Yao. I doubt many Laker fans blame Kobe, it was Pau the one who was out there getting punked.
I agree he gets some ridiculous calls, as does the whole team. They are being groomed as the young, exciting, clean, golden boys of the league. They had more free throws made than most of the teams in the league had even attempted during the regular season. Ridiculous free throw advantages all throughout the regular season. Stern has his eye on them being the next Spurs.
What you term "stratosphere" is what most people consider to be "superstar." What you're apparently using" superstar" to mean most people use the word "star." Then there's a gap between "stars" and "good players."

Will Kevin Durrant be a Dominique Wilkens, George Gervin type of superstar? All scoring and little else? Maybe....
