Why do I get the sudden feeling I am a character in The Turn of The Screw? Let jab and agitate the circus animal a little more with a awl or a sharp screwdriver and watch him writhe. That it?

    I see. I see.

The thunder are too pretty to win a playoff series. All I have to say is that the Thunder haven't seen defense played like they are about to see. They haven't got a chance when they get to the grindhouse.

LOL funny, but you know he's right. This is a Rockets forum and if you talk stuff about your team here, brace yourself when things don't go well.

Another thing: Feeling the highs and lows of a playoff series is awesome, isn't it? Closing out game 6 against the Spurs and advancing is what it's all about. The ups and downs you've experienced against OKC are what intense fans of 20 NBA teams can only wish for.

    And there's a difference:
No one on the BBS gives Nuggets4 any crap. He's been very respectful, and is a Denver homer without feeling the need to rub noses when they are doing better than Houston.

I'm absolutely not saying what or anyone else can't or shouldn't be bold and cocky talking about their guys, it makes the board more lively. But. Don't look for mercy when things turn on you.

tinman, DD, and plenty of others get that. I'm just encouraging what to have a thick skin and let things roll off his back.

he doesn't need to come out. he's not guarding an offensive player so he's not going to pick up fouls if he's just a little bit more careful

good to see zbo aggressive early. game 5 was easily an outlier in terms of fatigue. this will be a very competitive game.

Star of the game so far: The refs.

The call on KD was tragically bad. The call on Gasol was borderline. Neither should have been called. Isn't this supposed to be the playoffs? The refs have already impacted the game more than the players.

What did Battier do to piss off Westbrook? Seemed like Westbrook was just a hothead when Battier was boxing him out.

looked like Batt went in to hit someone but Harden pushed him when he tried to box out.
