    mchale is not good. he couldnt even find garnett the proper help in minny except for that one time he got sprewell and cassel. his coaching is aight i guess though.

    mchale would prolly be good just as long as he stays a coach and dont become a gm for the rockets.

    Lmao. If the reason for getting rid of hall of famer Rick Adelman was because you "wanted a young" coach to grow with, then I take it Mchale is yet another contradiction for Morey:rolleyes:

    The only good choice was bringing Adelman back, as the players suggested

    Not if Rick was reluctant to play the youngsters. If you want to rebuild, you need a coach willing to spread the minutes around.

    If Rockets get McHale, it will be because he can try to draw good superstars to come here. Given Alexander's coaching hiring history, he wants someone with name recognition. Unless he gave bad interviews, he is going to be a Rockets coach. Don't be surprised if Cassell, or Elie as assistants under Alexander's plan. If they are rebuilding, McHale would be a bad hire.

    Indeed, it's a gamble, but not what Justice has described.

    On the Rollette of the Rockets franchise, Les/Morey are betting:

    If they bet on the odd, which is McHale, potentially they could get a few years of lousy seasons and rewarded with one or two superstars.

    If they bet on the even, which are Frank or Casey, they could potentially be still as mediocre as these past couple seasons and get nothing else.

    That's the gamble, Justice.
