Hollinger's a fool. I'm sick and tired of enduring his pathetic attempts to make PER relevant in the basketball community. I don't understand how his material is included in the "Insider" package... though very different, Bill Simmons' work is far superior, IMO. ESPN should toss "The Sports Guy" under the Insider umbrella, and consider making Hollinger's laughable PER Diem reports free to the public.

PER has little to do with most of what Hollinger writes in his PER Diem articles.

Outside of maybe David Thorpe who I like a lot, he's the best NBA analyst ESPN has. Simmons is an entertaining read and good for a laugh now and then, but Hollinger makes better basketball points.
