Worth pointing out that his biggest play (tied at 84 with :50 left) was as clear a travel as you'll ever see. The official simply chose to allow it.

LeBron's 3 to tie the game with the entire Celtics bench standing and screaming behind him was pretty sick.

Yeah, that was a tough shot, as was Wade's similar one in OT. The Heat have got to be the favorites right now... a lot of haters / Kobe stans aren't too happy about that.

that's a little too far. If Rondo makes that layup, the media is once again on Lebron James for the turnover under 20 seconds with the score then tied up.

but all that aside... b/c i ****ing hate IF'S

what we saw tonight is what Lebron James is capable of. He is great for 3 1/2 quarters usually always. Tonight he finished. And he finished when it mattered. Great Coaches will tell their stars the same thing.... "if you give it time, the other team will give the game away." This is exactly what happened tonight. The Celtics had their chances to blow this game out of the water. Miami never allowed that to happen. They always hung around, and never let the game get out of hand. Lebron James kept them in the game, not D Wade.

Lebron still has al ong ways to go. But tonight is the way you become A GREAT in the postseason. Yes he has always put up great postseason stats... many players have. But tonight, if you actually know the game of basketball, you saw other things that needed to be done by Lebron, and he did them. I give him 100% credit tonight. He ended this Boston Celtics team forever. He took what was given, and he executed.... easier said than done right? This is what he always lacked. He executed it tonight.

Long ways to go. There has truly not been a 100% dominant team this postseason besides Dallas, with a Miami a close second. I wouldn't bet on any team in the Conference Finals. It should be fun.

Credit to Lebron James for tonight.

Dude, the only difference tonight is that LeBron has teammates like Wade and Bosh who can score instead of dudes like Mo Williams. When Boston sends 3 dudes at him someone else can make them pay. LeBron has been stepping it up in the playoffs for quite a while now and I recall him finishing in a dramatic fashion to take his team to the Finals (scored final 20 points or whatever).

Actually, there's a lot of shoulder shrugging about it. 99% of us are Rockets fans. But enjoy that fantasy that we're all gnashing our teeth with our eyes rolling around in our sockets.

It was a clear travel. He took a jump stop and then created a pivot foot which isn't allowed.

Watching it live.. it was not a "clear" travel.. it was one of those ehh maybe but I don't know. Can't expect the ref to call that every time.

Did Michael Jordan push off in the 1998 NBA Finals? WHO CARES?? Hide your pride for one F'ing second and give the man some props.

I think it was a travel. I wouldn't say it was a clear travel but if I'm asked to ref that, I'm calling it a travel. However, the charge he drew on pierce was picture perfect defense. And the 3 he hit all net while the celtics bench was going nuts and screaming in his ear was nails.

Nothing but a choker. It doesn't matter what the clutch statistics show, or how many playoff games he takes over at the end.

    Rockets Pride,

    Are you Skip Bayless?

Two dagger threes in a row by lebron, then da steal and jam. Lebron finished da last few minutes on a 10-0 run BY HIMSELF against da celtics.

    But he a choker.

why is that? up until this playoff series Lebron has been a choker. Anybody with sense would admit that.

I gave him his credit 2 nights ago, and i give him his credit tonight.

Here is the thing. His team actually gave him a chance to "not choke"... Same Jones hits that 3 down 5 with three minutes to go. HE GOT THEM IN THE GAME, Lebron finished the game.

Some bad calls on the 4th quarter travels. I think boston shoulda won this one. what is Green thinking ? lol can he even catch?

Either way, credit to Lebron.. your team gave you a chacne to take the game over, and you did.
