and once more the heat get called for all the moving screens in a game with kevin garnett. he never gets called for a single one and yet jones and haslem get called for little clearouts.

KG is the master of setting illegal screens. it's amazing that he gets away with it every single time.

Home court advantage. Jones and Haslem have to make the adjustment.

it's happened all 8 games this season. it's like they specifically start looking for heat moving screens every time kg sets one and isn't called for it. in fact, not even moving screens that level people. just stuff like james jones putting his arm out, like they're looking for the ticky-tackiest thing they can. it's like a typical makeup call except against the same team you just missed the previous call against.

and since they just said miami didn't have any assists in the 2nd quarter, how did lebron not get credited for an assist on bosh's 3-point play at 43-40? didn't he throw it right to bosh for the layup?

All the more reason that Miami should have made the adjustment.

That is easy to avoid, you have two superstars your setting picks for. Let them do the work and you stand still. Its not that complicated.

will miami do patrick patterson for bosh? it seems to be the impact patterson has on the rockets is comparable to bosh's impact on the heat

i bet it hurts like hell but rondo didnt wanna show that, in case miami keeps on forcing him to move left.

Why would we do that, given Bosh's performance this series. It seems we dodged a bullet with that one.

wade and lebron have 68% of miami's points, 56% of the rebounds, 75% of the assists and only 33% of the turnovers. someone else needs to not play like crap.

How about the unassisted drive & score by James Jones in the 2nd quarter?

what adjustment? don't set picks because they'll call you for kg's moving picks?

they haven't tried to so far so i don't see why it would matter. apparently spoelstra doesn't watch game tape (or even just sportscenter) to pick up on things like rondo's left elbow going willis mcgahee in the previous game.

Bosh plays very good pick and roll D, and the Celtics still have to man him up. Having PP on the heat, would allow Garnett to play off him, and clog the lane even more.

why are people always surprised the heat don't get out in transition? transition generally requires good D, good rebounding, and blocked shots. and miami's good D and rebounding relies a lot on the only 2 guys who can get out in transition, lebron and wade. they can't just take off for fastbreaks. they have to basically create them by themselves.

This bit them earlier in the season when team adjusted in the 2nd half and nobody else on the Heat was prepared to step up. But I have a feeling there will be more of the same in the 2nd half from both guys.

I think it's pathetic the Heat have to put Bosh on JO and Joel Anthony on KG.
