Game 4 Rose? No. Game 3 Rose? Yes, depending on Boozer.

Umm, methinks Rose is turning the table.

game 3 rose, definitely. but that was a historic performance. he's going to do that once every 15-20 games.

the current rose is extremely inefficient who requires a lot of shots to get his points. the bulls are still winning b/c of their great D and rebounding, and also their opponents.

vs the greater teams, a one man team is not going to fly. and an inefficient one-man team is definitely not going to do anything.

rose has already taken 23 shots. a player as good as he is will have multiple small hot streaks during a game if you're on pace to take 25+ shots.

EDIT: now he's at 27 shots, making only 9. this is one of the uglier playoff runs for a superstar i have seen in recent memory, particularly for an MVP. really ugly.

Agreed- they have to have a solid, consistent 2nd star. I've been watching Luol Deng for years, and although he'll have the occasional 20/10 game, he is not consistent enough. Boozer has been that good in the past, so if he were ever to revert back to the Jazz-Boozer on a consistent basis, they'd have a chance to make it to the Finals. With the current Boozer, no.

if this team can get another star to pair with rose (say a dwight howard), it's a wrap.

but the thing about boozer. if you watch him play, he doesn't get the same touches as he did in utah. rose isn't as good of a pick and roll point guard as that of deron. boozer scored A TON of his points off the pick and roll and you rarely see him rolling after the pick and roll or spotting up for a J. the pick and roll is more for rose to score.

we really underrate what a great PG can do to players. rose is more of a scorer, and he gets his assists the allen iverson-style. he's not a great PG to me personally. he's a more refined and better version of westbrook.

boozer is playing well in this game, and yet he has only taken 10 shots. bulls want him to break out and yet they don't feed him the ball.

Didnt watch this game(just tuned in at ~3:30 mark). Too much 1 on 5(Rose vs Hawks). Also heard Kerr say Rose 11-31(?). Combine just those two things alone = no success for Chicago.

And Teague puts the game away.

i hate the "inadvertent" whistle. call something one way or the other. rose got fouled, give him 3 fts.

Derrick Rose is a disease out there.

He is not the MVP of the league, they were close with him shooting 33%.

    Dwight Howard got robbed

josh smith: "we need to take the ball out of rose's hands" in order to beat them.

yet drose basically took a total of 35 shots if you include fts. i guess he's trying to psych them out lol.

I use to love watching Derrick Rose play last season but ever since he worked on that three point shot, I hate watching him.

    LOL.

    That's ridiculous.

It's like that one guy who chucks up shots in a pick up game and you really hate him.

derrick rose is NOT a PG. people need to realize it. he's in the allen iverson mold.

i dont know why TNT is arguing over this.

yep. Dwill and CP3 are masters at running the pick and roll with any big man. boozer has been a no show and I knew Chicago would regret throwing all that money at him over the summer.

or him and boozer can practice the pick and roll to death in the offseason. dwill got boozer great shots all the time in utah. boozer can't even get shots off in chicago.
