he had 3 1-on-1 chances vs a subpar defender like dirk and put up pathetic shots. he deserves it.

he's playing like chris bosh right now.

in shaq's first 2 years with LA, they were swept both times by utah.

A Phil Jackson team has never been swept.

Yes, but if Kobe had 3 1-on-1 chances and put up bad shots (as he does) they just don't seemingly go away from Kobe.

Pau is a offensive player, he's a guy that needs to get going and I think Phil is mishandling his funk here. He's making it worse, they need to get him more involved on offense even if he fails because once he gets that going his game will start to click.

Pau Gasol was just being guarded by PEJA, and the Lakers didn't go to him. I mean, really?

Maybe his Chokability . . . . is meshing with the Mav's Chokability
So . .. they all are actually Choking at Choking!

    1999 (San Antonio Spurs)
    1998 (Utah Jazz)
    1988 (Detroit Pistons)
    1983 (Philadelphia 76ers)
    1977 (Portland Trailblazers)

All of those teams went to the Finals and won, except Utah. The 76ers and Pistons beat the Lakers in the NBA Finals.
