So I guess no one gave Kobe the memo to get the ball inside, where the Lakers have a clear advantage? Oh well, he is hitting.

It's good for the Mavs Kobe has already taken 6 shots and the Mavs still lead. If he continues this pace, Kobe will wear out in the 4th quarter and the Lakers won't be able to close the game.

Have any of you realized that you hate all of these other teams so much that its the only reason you watch the games? You are just hating on other teams because your team can't get into the playoffs? You hate the mavs, you hate the lakers, you hate the jazz, hate the knicks, hate the heat. Come on I'd hate to live this way. I love watching all of these games and all of these teams because I'm an NBA fan and a fan of the game. These are the best players in the world and its fun to watch. I don't really care who wins to be honest.

The Lakers continue to over-extend on helpside, SMH. Plus, Gasol's in b****-mode, yet again.

the mavericks and celtics are ON FIRE from 3s in this playoffs. it's ridiculous the rate they are shooting them at

however, 4 of those makes are INSIDE the paint. if he scores like that, that's fine. just avoid those long Js

Over/Under 43 minutes for Kobe today?

Kobe going to try and win this game by himself.

he might have to go 06 kobe when he scored 61 points in 3 quarters vs the mavs for the lakers to have a chance. pau gasol is still not out of his funk.

and they just refuse to give bynum the ball. so if this is the way kobe is going to go out, let's try to break MJ's record of 63 points.

Can the Lakers stop anyone on the Mavs' bench?

Kobe can't win the game by himself. He couldn't even do that in his prime when he was capable of scoring 40+ every night. The Lakers won the last couple of years because of he plays of Gasol and co. in addition to Kobe.

I hate the Mavs but they are SPECTACULAR. And as for the Lakers, nobody besides Kobe should stay there after this season.

a prime kobe could win a game by himself, but he couldn't win a series by himself (nobody can).

but you're right, this current kobe can't win a game by himself

One more thing, why would you play Barnes over Walton? Walton used to be a pretty good playmaker for them.

If things keep going the Mavs way I look for Kobe to quit in the second half.

Odom's so f***ing lazy and unmotivated. He has all of the talent in the world, but brings it when he wants to. He needs to wake up and smell the coffee... this is it. Lose today, and your happy ass is going back to your hog-fat wife and your reality TV series.
