those ESPN predictions by those "professional analysts" look so stupid now. I think since the beginning they've picked the favorites/higher seed to win every series.

But, but, but what about the "no-stats all-star"? :(

Somewhere RV6 is shedding a tear

Really, why don't you just keep your negative Battier-bashing s**t to yourself and enjoy the win? Why do some people have to be a**es like you? Moron.

I've lost my voice and it carries over to the board. I can't even muster a whisper, my vocal cords are so shot!

    But:

Remember the Chronicle headline 17 years ago, "Choke City"? A certain team we all know blew a 20-point lead in the final 10 minutes and ended up 0-2. The shoe fits. Maybe they should be original and use "Collapse City".

I won't count OKC out yet, but have serious doubts about their ability to bounce back from this one. For the first time, I feel comfortable making a prediction: Memphis in 6 (maybe 5).

Eventually if we keep winning, the nba is going to have no choice but to put our game in primetime. Sad thing, it will be the nba finals.

True. It was brought up earlier in the thread, but it was sorry to start this game at 4:00 and also have ESPN's worst announcing team broadcast it. But that's what you get when tiny NBA markets are playing each other.

I just gotta take my hats off to Randolph tonight, he played his hardest and made a difference even though his shot wasn't really there. He only try to shoot close to the basket unless time was running out, drawing the bigs from the week side where good things happens even when he misses. He also worked his butt off with 21 Rebs (8 Offs). He isn't ever going to be the best defender but he ran at the rotations, and most importantly, he was running full speed back the other end as the trailer even when he knows he most likely wont touch the ball.

Randolph wanted to win this game really bad, and I think it showed in the effort he was putting out.

i compare what randolph did today to what the linemen do in the NFL: won the game in the trenches. dude was a monster although his fg% did show it. there were some plays where he just punked the OKC big men.
