Most Muslims know that you might even get a chance to pray inside if someone with the keys is around and there is no one at the Kaaba (at certain periods of the year, only Gulf Arab nationals have access to the Kaaba). There have been idols in there, it has been torn down many times, etc. I guess there might be some who would get offended but I think a scholar would change their mind easily if spoken to them.
