Although I'm rooting for the Thunder to win it all, no team is looking more commanding than the Mavs right now in the second round. They are about to take a 2-0 lead coming back home. A sweep is very probable.

I heard that Miami is resting Haslem for the Finals if the Mavs make it, as last time they met Haslem stopped Dirk in the finals.

Duh, let's see. Mavs beat the Lakers.

Nah, no chance to win it all.

they're not going to beat the heat so they won't win it all.

thunder vs mavs will be awesome. 2 great shooting big men in dirk and durant.

Heres another question - of the two teams that are down 2-0, who do you think has the best possibility to come back?

I'm hoping the Celtics, but Lakers obviously have a more chance as the Mavs are known chokers

Celtics have more of a chance just because they have two more games at home. Lakers are down 2 going away. But as you said, they are the Mavs, chokings in their blood

    neither.

winning four out of five games is going to be damn near impossible.

They're gonna choke in dramatic fashion. It's just a matter of when.

    Could?
    Yes.

    Will they?
I doubt it. If the Lakers get knocked out, I like Miami.

I was thinking that also, but I still have faith in OKC. Overall, I'm going for the HEAT.

Why would Miami be favored to beat Dallas? Sure, Miami has Wade and James but Dallas has a MUCH better PGuard(s), Power Foward and Center(s). They also have the MUCH better bench and MUCH better coach so while James and Wade will get their points, who will stop Dirk, Kidd, Terry, Barea and Chandler?

This is actually a more legit question. I think the Celts are dead in the water. The Lakers have to fix their offense. If they do, they can definitely beat the Mavs 4/5.

They haven't even won this series yet.

And no they won't win it all. Miami is better and OKC might be better than them as well.

Yeah but see...the Celtics and Lakers do not see it that way.

As Phil said, just win the next the game. They truly think like that and that is why teams with championship pedigree are so tough to get rid of

Also I agree with Rockets934, why would the Heat be so heavily favored? If the Mavs beat the Lakers (without Caron) that is a pretty scary team right now.

james will stop dirk easily. he has the size, strength, quickness, and physicality to intimidate dirk.

i think the heat aren't worried about the mavs' PGs. they will stick wade on terry. HUGE mismatch there. wade would roast the mavs b/c they lack a guard to guard him.

the only advantage is their size that can contain james/wade penetrating. but then you have bosh. chandler will have to go outside the paint to guard him. if marion is on him, bosh wil ltake him.

    heat would win this easily.
