    Foreign Cars all the way.

Chevy, Ford, Dodge are all really inferior compared to many of the foreign cars.

    I love my BMW.

I'll have to go foreign/European for the sporty cars. Not a huge fan of the muscle car segment, and hate SUVs/trucks.

Currently driving a not so sporty Z4, hopefully M3 in a few years, and after that, maybe a 911 Turbo??

    JUST LET ME DREAM

Really? I'd be impressed since it's a pretty generic looking parking garage :p

If things are close, I would buy American. I'm all for keeping jobs here when it makes sense.

We have a Infiniti G35 and a Ford Expedition. Years ago I did my best to "Buy American," narrowing down between a Nissan Maxima and an Oldsmobile Intrigue. I like the Intrigue's motor but the leg room in the back seat was probably half of the Maxima. Then GM pulled the plug on Oldsmobile.

When I got the G35 I narrowed to four cars (Mercedes Benz C-class, BMW 328, G35, and Cadillac CTS). I really like the CTS but it would have been at least $8k more for the comparable level car. The G35 was well less than all of the cars I had as finalists.

That said, I really think American cars have been closing the gap. The Cadillacs are really nice cars. I like the new Buicks (very Lexus-like). The new pony cars (Camaro and Mustang). I would be happy with any of the American trucks or SUVs. The Corvette continues to be a standout. And just from the ads the new Chryslers (the new 200 and 300) look like cars worth considering. It seems like the American car designers are designing cars from the inside out finally (versus in the past, taking a popular bigger car and simply shrinking them down into smaller cars).

I was debating this but if I'm not in the market for a truck I will have to go with foreign.

Buying a Hyundai very soon BTW.

Well now that I looked it up, there are apparently a number of "Marquis at such and such" around town. I'm guessing it's one of those since the parking garage looks identical.

I've always had a talent for recognizing faces - for example, I'm always pointing out actors that I've only seen once for a few seconds in a commercial or a bit part in a movie. I guess I'm branching out to parking garages now.

Is your gf in the car driving down the ramp?

Dude, I do that all the time too and it annoys everyone haha. I'm always saying, that's the chick from something something and look it up on IMDB on my phone and show it to whoever I'm watching the thing and they give me "I don't give a f look.

And yes, that's her. She wanted to ruin my shot with her dirty car when I told her I wanted to take a picture of my car after a particularly good car wash. That b****.
