9-7 at the worse next year.
I am curious if the Defense will be better. . or will it just SEEM BETTER because of the Weakness of Schedule here.
I think next year the Texans Defense will look all world. . . and everyone will be uber excited
but
their schedule filled with alot of teams they should be able to run up some stats on.

I think you're better off saying, "I predict 9-7." You already know they can do a lot worse than you expect...because I remember you used the same "at the worst" language last year for them having around 10 wins...right?

For now, my prediction is 5-7. Nothing after 5-7 matters.

This team could go anywhere from 6-10 to 10-6. It depends on many factors.

- CB situation
- Safety
- NT
- how long it takes to transition to the 3-4
- Ryans health
- How much if any hangover is there in Cushing......We need him impacting games .
- the Kubiak factor - Will his incompetence be balanced out by Wade in this mad science experiment or does Uncle Bob FINALLY let the axe fall and annoint Wade head Good Ole Boy, keeping it in the family?


As to the schedule, I'm kind of neutral. Compared to last year it appears to be a walk in the park, but it is laden with young teams on the come.

Other than the standard division games, the home slate kinda sucks this year.

Pitt, Oakland, Cleveland, Carolina, Atlanta?

Only two of those will be compelling.
