Guitar and singing - I'm gonna be performing in some weddings for friends and family throughout the summer and into the fall, and I'm really getting into a groove with my guitar playing. Also, I'm looking into learning some new styles of music, and maybe spend more time on the piano as well.

Gym - I've spent the last 3 years getting into shape, and I'm at a point now where I'm ready to ramp up my workouts. I'm getting into a new running routine as well, so I'm pretty amped about that.

Basketball - I'm about to start playing in a league with a bunch of friends starting in May, and I'm REALLY excited about that. Basketball has always been a passion of mine, and I love that competitive ball is back in my life again.

Stocks - I'm at a point in my life now where I'm ready to really understand how to make money in the market, so me and my dad (who has made a TON of money in the market over the last 40 years) are spending about an hour a night now just discussing different aspects of trading, and I'm trying to learn all the tricks of the trade, so to speak.

That pretty much covers my life outside of work for now....of course, having a girlfriend who lives in Florida is what allows this. If she lived here, a significant portion of my time would be spent with her.

Currently: gardening. Water them, feed them, prune them, talk to them. I've got some pretty massive cucumber vines I grew from seed that are beginning to grow fruit, and various other plants I've been working on. Yard work in general, I suppose. Drought or no drought, it feels friggin' GREAT outside during the day.

I've always wanted to build a radio control car. Maybe I'll finally do it this summer. Anyone know of a good hobby shop in Houston for this type of thing, and a good place to go drive them?

I have to admit i am quite amused as to how McGrady had the idea i was Filipino, considering he wasn't one of my visitors in my public profile here.

I guess tilapia and vegetables are common symbols of our culture/country?

It's totally your screen name, I'm guessing James Gabriel is not your first and last name, but your first name. If I'm right many filipinos name their kids that way, but most people end up calling you by only the first name of your uhh...name. I hope I'm right...if I'm not, my hobbies are:

    Skateboarding
    Music
    brazillian jiu jitsu
