Yep, I think Hall, Sanchez, Kepp or Barmus and LEE are probably gone by the break. No point in keep them around and with the option of releasing Lee gaining steam, the club should look very different in August again.
Another good start for Norris, the error was huge obviously but he did another nice job of escaping traffic and early on looked as good as ever.
Wallace continues to be our best hitter but Lee's lack of speed may cost us again if CJ can't come through.
Lineup should be... Bourn Barmus Wallace Pence CJ Lee Hall/Kepp/Downs Q/Towles Enough with this Hall/Lee veteran love. We are rebuilding after all.
Definitley don't want Barmes in the #2 spot. The guy has never had the ability to get on base. Would rather have Kepp/Downs slot in the #2 slot if we end up getting rid of Hall or he picks up his production.
Bourn Kepp Wallace Pence Lee Q/Towles CJ Sanchez god damn Bill Hall. He's grounds into the inning-ending double play with the bases loaded with Brett Wallace behind him?!?!?!?! Just take the K or BB. I'd much rather have Brett Wallace up with two outs than Bill Hall up with 1 out in a bases loaded situation.
Ya there's no reason he shouldn't be hitting in the three hole with Pence behind him. Some years Baggy wasn't the best power hitter on the team but he always hit third.
Was there ever any question?!? Jason just had one of the worst 15 minute spans you could have as a ball player.
LOL! An almost-error throw to first, two wild pitches... does BOGGS live in Houston, or something?
